1. Daily Cleaning and Inspection

Thoroughly clean the equipment after each shift, especially the interiors of crushers, sieving machines and pipelines, to avoid dried‑on starch residues. Regularly check blade sharpness, screen mesh integrity and lubrication status of transmission components, and replace worn‑out parts in a timely manner.

2. Regular Lubrication and Fastening

All moving components including bearings, chains and gears shall be filled with lubricating oil or grease as specified in the instruction manual to prevent damage from dry friction. Meanwhile, check whether connecting parts such as bolts and couplings are loose, so as to avoid vibration or displacement during operation.

3. Replacement of Filter Materials and Sealing Components

Filter cloths, sealing rings and other wearing parts of dewatering equipment require a replacement‑cycle record ledger. Normally, filter cloths should be inspected and replaced every 200‑300 operating hours. Sealing components showing aging or deformation shall be replaced promptly to prevent leakage.

4. Drying System Maintenance

Clean the dust collector, heat exchanger and inner walls of air ducts of the drying system every week to guarantee unobstructed air flow. Calibrate temperature sensors and air volume regulating valves on a regular basis, keeping the drying temperature stably between 60‑80℃ to prevent starch gelatinization or discoloration.

5. Electrical System Protection

Mount control cabinets in dry and well‑ventilated locations; install dehumidification devices if needed. Periodically test circuit insulation performance with a megohmmeter, and replace damp or corroded wiring terminals. A UPS power supply is recommended to prevent program disorder caused by voltage fluctuations.

6. Equipment File Establishment and Training Mechanism

Prepare operation logs and maintenance records for each unit, covering fault time, maintenance work and replaced spare parts for traceability and optimized management. In addition, provide technical training for operators to make them familiar with equipment principles, safety regulations and emergency handling procedures.
